General Objectives

• Provide quality healthcare and educational services for the disadvantaged women and children in both rural and urban communities through educational training and functional literacy on basic education, health, child survival, family planning, and maternal care.
• Strengthen HIV/AIDS prevention education in the targeted areas in order to contain the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
• Empower the disadvantaged women through self-help literacy and skills training programs.
• Provide youth development and after school programs to children from the disadvantaged families.
